About Courtney Shawn
As a third generation native of St. Petersburg, Courtney has lived through the amazing growth of the Tampa Bay area over the years. This area is incredibly special to her in many ways which makes it a joy to share her knowledge and love of the area with clients. She has also had the opportunity of living in the Raleigh-Durham area for 4 years and the Washington DC area for 6 years. Courtney moved back to St. Petersburg with her husband and four children in 2015 and feels truly grateful to be home again and working with her family as a team member for Sisters Sell. Coming from a long line of realtors, she has grown up surrounded by the Real Estate business and enjoys the process. She has experienced various situations first hand and is able to relate to her clients. Whether you are buying or selling in your hometown, are brand new to the area, or are looking for an investment property, Courtney will be there every step of the way.
Courtney graduated from The University of Florida (Go Gators!) and has a degree in Recreational Therapy. She worked in both Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation settings where she helped patients adapt to life after an injury or illness. Courtney would be happy to guide you or a loved one towards resources for any necessary home modifications or accommodations.
